The Hamilton pork loin ribs arrived frozen and I defrosted it in the fridge overnight. I then marinaded it with Mama Sita’s BBQ Marinade Mix. After roasting it in the oven (covered in foil), for a total of 50-55 minutes, it was done! The Hamilton pork ribs were juicy, succulent, and fall-off-the-bone tender. It was pretty lean but was still very moist. So delicious! I hear it sells out quickly, so if you like ribs, purchase them whenever you see them available!
