First time buying saba fish.
1. After marinating with sea salt and black pepper, coat with corn flour and flour.
2. Heat oil in a cold pan. When the pan is a little hot, add the fish pieces. On medium heat, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Then turn the fish over, continue to cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Flip the fish over again, add a teaspoon of cooking wine, cover the pot and simmer for a minute

6. Then turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for 1-2 minutes. That's it!
This time I covered a shrimp chow mein with fish cubes and served with mayonnaise. Super delicious 😋!
